Mulder & Associates Land Surveying is a family owned and operated company serving Ionia County and surrounding areas for more than 40 years. Marinus "Marty" Mulder and his wife, Lucy, started the company in January of 1979. Ivan Maystead, Professional Surveyor, joined the firm in 1982. Marty and Lucy’s three daughters all have shared business responsibilities throughout the years with their oldest daughter, Marcy, currently serving as Office Manager.  

Marty and Ivan are both members of the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors. Since 1992, Marty has been the Ionia County representative for the State Remonumentation Project.
